1) Prepare the shipping: put your machine into a box with €50 inside for return shipment, also put your name and Instagram account.

2) To avoid custom problems, send the machine as a GIFT, put it's an USED ENGRAVING MACHINE with a value of €15.


 

3) Send the machine: as a first option, use the official mail of your country.



4) Once you ship the machine, complete the form below:

Only if your warranty has expired, send €60 with your machine; this includes new motor, spring kit and any other parts that may be damaged.
