1) Prepare the shipping: put your machine into a box with €25 inside for return shipment, also put your name and Instagram account.

2) Send the machine to:


IF YOU USE CHRONOPOST, DPD GROUP, SEUR, LA POSTE: WE ASK YOU TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE YOURSELF, AND ONCE IT GETS IN IBIZA, SPAIN, THEN LET US KNOW SO WE CAN GO PICK IT UP, OTHERWISE THEY PROBABLY RETURN IT TO YOU, BECAUSE THEY DON'T CONTACT US. 3) Once you ship the machine, complete the form below:


Only if your warranty has expired, send €60 with your machine; this includes new motor, spring kit and any other parts that may be damaged.
